I run CritPoint, a senior data and AI advisory practice. I build data functions — and the products and businesses they power: I find where a company’s data can become a product or a new line of business, get the model of the business right first, then build the system that runs on it.
Before CritPoint, as Senior Director I was the functional head of Data at Rewards Network, a national dining loyalty platform (20M+ members, 20K+ restaurants) — where I built and led a 15-person data organization and a portfolio of production data and AI products my team owned outright: $50M+ in annual revenue. Before that, I built data functions from zero at two venture-backed marketplaces. That range — from nothing to a P&L-verified product portfolio — is the practice.
